The Blocks used with their wooden base are a more progressive visual puzzle that challenges your child to consider the complete shape of an object. 

• Consider demonstrating how to remove each of the blocks. 
• Consider demonstrating how to return each of the blocks to the base. 
• Consider demonstrating how to put a complete picture together. 
• Do not be surprised if you child is not able to master this item on their first few tries. They may start by being able to successfully remove and return the blocks to their base before completing a picture. Allow your child ample space and time to explore this toy. 

Children's play should be monitored at all times. 

Skills developed: part of a whole, spatial thinking, concentration/focus, and hand eye coordination.
